Update of fund

The fund now contains £6,163 as of 31 December 2012. The total raised since the fund was established now stands at £48,357.

In all, £42,170 has been passed to OUFC to support player purchases.

We are pleased to confirm that, despite two major selling days being lost due to postponements, a total of £978 was banked in respect of the recent Christmas raffle after ticket printing costs, and that prize costs were zero as all prizes were donated.

The other eleven prizes were drawn as follows:

Power drill Ticket 3798, Julie Jamieson
£50 cash Ticket 1441, Brendan Cross
Wetherspoons meal for 4 Ticket 806, D Booker
Aziz meal for 2 Ticket 2096, Patrick Lawrence
Goalkeeper signed shirt Ticket 634, N Costar
OUFC VIP Stadium tour Ticket 2814, Joseph Alsovsov
Xmas cake and Yule log Ticket 650, N Costar
Signed football and poster Ticket 2066, Shelim
Set of 2011 programmes Ticket 3047, Mr Rogers
£20 Racing voucher Ticket 2861, Kim Ridgley
Pack of 12th Man goodies Ticket 3251, B Bluett

Congratulations to all the winners!

We would like to thank  all the prize donors, Oxford United, individual fans who helped us to sell the tickets, all fans who bought the tickets and BBC Oxford and OxVox for helping with publicity.

We were very unlucky to lose the final selling day for the tickets today, which would have boosted the total. Even so, the raffle has raised approximately £1,000 for the 12th Man Fund – a precise figure will be available shortly.
